Super Eagles and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has been ranked as the fourth most prolific striker in Europe’s top five so far this season.
The Nigerian striker has scored seven goals in eight league games so far, averaging one goal every 93 minutes in Serie A, despite being out for five weeks due to a hamstring injury.
The 23-year-old is behind the trio of Erling Haaland, Robert Lewandowski and Kylian Mbappé.
Norwegian striker Haaland, who joined Premier League champions Manchester City on a deal worth £51.5million, is rated as the most prolific striker in Europe so far this season, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Haaland scored 17 goals in his first 11 EPL matches, averaging one goal every 55 minutes. Robert Lewandowski of Barcelona is rated as Europe’s second most prolific player with 13 goals in 12 matches. The Polish striker scores a goal in every 73 minutes played in LaLiga.
In fifth position is Terem Moffi, who has scored eight goals in 12 Ligue 1 matches.
The Nigeria international scores an average goal every 108 minutes for Lorient, who is fourth in the French top league with 27 points from 13 matches.
Highly regarded French forward Christopher Nkunku is in sixth place with nine goals in 12 Bundesliga games, averaging a goal every 113 minutes.
Fulham’s Aleksandar Mitrovic is seventh in the log. The Serbian striker has scored a goal every 114 minutes in the EPL so far this season. He has scored nine goals in 12 Premier League appearances.
Harry Kane of Tottenham is in eighth place with 10 goals in 13 games, averaging every 116 minutes.
