‘I’m confused, scared,’ Isbae U worries over father’s death

Isbae U, a popular Nigerian sketch maker and actor, has expressed his feelings about the passing of his father, Sir Kay.

Vanguard reported that Yoruba actor and father of popular online comedian Isbae U, Alhaji Kamal Adebayo, popularly known as Sir Kay, passed away on Thursday.

Isbae U broke the news via his verified Instagram account, sharing a video clip, showing him and his father in a background voice of Sir Kay pouring out prayers over him.

He wrote: “I lost my father, I lost my biggest fan, I lost my hero, I lost my friend, … I feel empty, I feel confused and I feel lost. I can’t believe I’m a be ben!.

“I am in tears and I am afraid, but as a Muslim I have learned to thank God during joyful moments and thank God when I am going through pain.”
